The most direct way to reach me is by email: info@lans.cloud. I read everything personally and usually reply within a couple of days. Bug reports, feature requests, corrections to a tool’s data, partnership or press enquiries — all welcome at that address.
Feedback button on any tool
Every tool page has a feedback button near the bottom. It goes straight to me, and you can leave your email address if you’d like a reply. It’s the fastest way to flag something specific about the tool you’re using — a wrong result, a confusing label, or an idea for making it better. Several features on the site shipped within a day of someone asking through it.
Schools and districts
For classroom licensing questions, bulk use across a school, or requests for a specific teaching tool, see lans.cloud for schools — or just email me and say what your class needs.
Who you’re reaching
lans.cloud is built and run by Lans IT, a one-person software studio in the Netherlands. There is no support queue and no ticket system — messages reach the person who actually writes the tools. You can read more on the about page, and how your data is handled in the privacy policy.
