Feedback button on any tool
Every tool page has a feedback button near the bottom. It goes straight to me, and you can leave your email address if you'd like a reply. It's the fastest way to flag something specific about the tool you're using — a wrong result, a confusing label, or an idea for making it better. Several features on the site shipped within a day of someone asking through it.

Who you're reaching
lans.cloud is built and run by Sonny Lans, an independent software developer in the Netherlands. There is no support queue and no company inbox — messages reach the person who actually writes the tools. You can read more on the about page, and how your data is handled in the privacy policy.
